1. Program description

Klossner Valenta Agency Inc. ("Klossner Valenta Agency," "we," "us," or "our") operates a customer-care text-messaging program for agency clients. Messages may relate to coverage and policy-service questions, billing and payment reminders, renewals, policy-change notices, requests for documents, quote follow-up, and claim-status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.

2. Consent

You join the program by giving verbal consent to a staff member (in person or by telephone), by completing the written consent form on our Text Messaging page or at an office, or by sending a text message to one of our office numbers about your account. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. We record the date, time, method, disclosure version, mobile number, and staff member associated with every consent.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, policies, requests, and conversations with us.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any carrier charges are billed by and payable to your mobile-service provider.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to a program message. We will send one confirmation and then stop further program messages to that number. To rejoin after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP, or ask a member of our staff to record renewed consent.

7. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed by us.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number. By consenting, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that number and agree to tell us promptly if the number changes or is no longer yours.

9. Privacy

Information connected with this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, messaging consent, or opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
