- Information about the policies, accounts, property, vehicles, household members, business operations, or claims connected with your request.
- Documents and details you choose to provide when asking for a quote or policy service.
- For text messaging: your mobile number; the date, time, method, disclosure version, and staff member associated with consent; message content; and carrier delivery or opt-out status.
- Basic technical records needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time.
3. How we use information
- To answer questions, prepare insurance-related requests, and service policies.
- To communicate about billing, renewals, policy changes, requested documents, claims status, and other customer-care matters.

Our services and text-messaging program are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a child's mobile number for text messaging.
